Yes. You may bid on multiple venues at the same time — each bid (venue + date + time slot) requires its own entry fee. You cannot place a second active bid on the exact same venue, date and slot, but you may bid the same venue on different dates or slots.
The entry fee applies only to venues and is charged per bid attempt (venue + date + slot). It is non-refundable in all cases, and is adjusted against your total only after you win. Caterers and decorators have no entry fee — they use direct booking.
Each offer stays live for three days. The vendor sees the same countdown on their live bid dashboard and can accept, reject or take no action. If no action is taken in three days, the offer expires. If no bid was selected and no venue was confirmed, you do not need to pay the entry fee again for that venue.
You receive an acceptance notification and chat opens with that accepted vendor. You must complete the advance payment within 48 hours to confirm the booking. Chat is only available with accepted vendors — not with venues where your offer is still pending, rejected or expired.
Each acceptance creates a separate advance-pending booking with its own 48-hour timer. You confirm only one venue per event date by paying its advance — paying advance on one venue automatically cancels the other pending venue offers for that same date. Entry fees already paid are not refunded.
If you do not pay the advance within 48 hours, pending bookings for that date expire and the slots reopen. If the venue was not confirmed, you do not need to pay the entry fee again for that venue.
Both are direct bookings with no bidding. For caterers, select menu items via checkboxes and enter the guest count — your total is calculated from selected items and guests. For decoration, select items via checkboxes — the total comes from selected item prices only and guest count is not used. An optional special request can be added on either, but it does not change the price.
Yes. Catering and decoration can be booked instantly anytime — you do not need to wait for venue confirmation. Book them from the Event Workspace or Explore without restarting your venue booking.
